Both the fields are good. If u r really innovative, it is better to choose Flight Engineering. If u really care abt., the environment & saving energy I suggest u to take up Petroleum Engineering, but u should also be careful abt., ur health. If still confused, check on these topics in Wikipedia. This may lead u to take the right decision & find out which one is ur field of interest. All the Best.

Just to clarify for you a "flight engineer" is a member of the flight crew on some airplanes. He/she monitors the aircraft systems while the pilot flys the plane. Most aircraft no longer require flight engineers. I am assuming you meant Aeronautical Engineer (Designs airplanes and such). If that's the case you might want to edit your question
