Hi,
Just try plugging it in the side or back of your laptop. Usually there is a port for a mouse. If it is not compatible for some reason you can probably buy one that is. Just bring the computer information on your system to the store and a sales person should be able to direct you.

Through adapters, but it is easier just to buy USB keyboard and a mouse and connect them through USB port on your laptop.

check if you have the ports for keyboard and mouse as on your computer. If not you would need usb extensions or better buy usb mouse and keyboard ;-)

For most keyboards/mouses, you can just plug them into the USB ports.

if you have usb keyboard/mouse, just hook them to the usb on the lappy, if you have the 4 pin connectors, you can get an adapter to go to usb, I actually have about 4 of them i don't need, if your running XP you shouldn't need installation software, unless it has numerous extra function keys, just plug and play!!!

Get a docking station. They aren't exactly cheap, but that's what I did.
