Should the gifts be given by the Father of the bride, the Bridegroom or the Best man?

The gifts are usually given the night before at the rehearsal dinner and not at the wedding is self. The bride gives to the bridesmaids, the groom gives to the best man and the ushers and the bride and groom give to the parents.

I've always seen it done at the rehearsal dinner. Usually the bride gives the bridesmaids some piece of jewelry to wear during the wedding so they all match.

The bride gives gifts to the bridesmaids, and the groom gives the gifts to the ushers and best man.

My daughters both gave gifts themselves, during their speeches, to the Best Man and the Bridesmaids. I don't know how traditional that is but it was a nice touch.

Perhaps the Bridegroom would give the Best Man and Bridesmaids gifts at the end of his speech and the Best Man would thank him on behalf of the Bridesmaids.

This is generally done at the rehearsal dinner, and given from the bride and groom to their wedding party to thank them for their support and help.

Not at the wedding at all, but at the rehearsal dinner. It's more casual and it's mostly family and they don't mind sitting through gifts.

At the wedding itself, try to keep the speeches short, and if you must do gift-giving at the actual wedding, keep it minimal -- believe me, your guests will thank you.

At our rehearsal dinner, my groom and I presented gifts to our parents and to the extra-helpful relatives. Then after the rehearsal dinner, we each had "sleepovers" (me with my bridesmaids, him with his groomsmen) at different hotels, and gave our gifts then. It was much more personal, very memorable, and no one else had to sit through it!

You don't want to do this during the speeches.Do it privately after the reception. The bride should give her presents to the bridesmaids and the groom should give his to the groomsmen

I suppose you could do anything you want to. It's the special day for the Bride and Groom so as long as it's special to them.
