god honey when you find out tell me im not overweight but could do with a few tips as im lazy and hate exercising. a squeeze of lemon in the morning in some water is good for breaking down fat as is a low calorie diet hats all the advise i no

Why would you not want to do exercises? It's fun, once you find what you like to do, and set up a daily or alternate daily routine. And then you'll feel bad if you don't do it! I'm almost addicted to it. The hardest part is getting started. Once you get past that, it's fun and easy!

Exercise is really not as efficient as eating well, because its much harder to work off calories than to consume them.
Cut out sweets and alcohol, make all your bread and pasta whole grain, eat mostly lean meats like chicken and fish, and eat a whole lot more fruits and vegetables.

no butter or margarine no potato chips or any thing else that can possibly come out of a vending machine the best way is no sugars no grains such as flower ect nothing wight warning it is harder then heck

eat healthier and and get lypo but after lypo you'll look great yeah but not for long so start after, it doesn't have to be alot but at least 5-10min. every couple of days

Stay away from junk food, chips, cakes, etc. Stay away from too much red meat and fried foods and you should be ok.
