The warming increases the growing degree days (GDD) for crops, thus decreasing the amount of time needed before harvest. It also allows for a longer growing season in many areas of the world, and higher amounts of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere offer more CO2 availability to the plant.
BUT, increasing temperatures mean greater length of plant pathogen viability seasons (Greater risk of crop disease), and there is a CO2 threshold beyond which crops cannot use more carbon dioxide for growth.
All in all, it's a toss-up.

It may help some crops, but the problem is where. The areas of the earth that used to grow Crop A may shift, and now only crop B grow their, etc., it may screw up a lot of farmers from what they are used to. Also, dry areas are only predicted to get dryer, so water may be a big issue.

Yeah. It has more carbon dioxide( which causes the green house effect). One of the ingredients it need to produce the energy. Other than that any environmental changes will cause stress. Plants will adjust to this changes over time.

hmmm.. besides all of the stuff above.. global warming also means there is more evaporation... more water in the air for storms.. not necessarily where you want them.. perhaps some places are dryer than they used to be.. so for those areas.. it is worse for crops.. unless you irrigate.
