You have to be provide more details in order for any of us to help you out.
1) Since when did you start having this problem?
2) Around the time when this problem started occurring, what did you install to your computer and what did you delete from your computer? By that, I mean anything at all even including files that you may not think that are important. And also, if you had deleted something, how did you delete it? Did you go to Add/Remove Programs to remove the programs? Or did you just highlight the folder and hit delete?
3) Please provide a more descriptive description about your problem.
4) Did you do a Ctrl-Alt-Del to see what is running in the background whenever that problem occurs? If so, are there certain programs that are always taking up your CPU time or memory every time when that problem occurs?
Sometimes, the problem could be caused the hardware that you have. That's why we need as much details as you can provide us. Without these details, there is no way for us to diagnose your problem.

Someone this incapable of writing a cohesive question is most likely incapable of fixing his/her computer, regardless of how well instructed they are.
