Gays would be free to have an all-gay baseball team. As long as they weren't receiving federal funding in any way, they could get away without constitutional problems.
Who would they play in sports, though...other gay baseball teams? Minor league teams? I don't think there'd be much market for such a team, except as a novelty.

who is they? and if gays want to start their own league have at it.
i really suspect the talent pool wouldn't be that great however. and then there's the showers, the rooming on the road, all sorts of outside issues to deal with. i say if you are gay and a great player play in the mlb. don't ask, don't tell...................of course, until you retire and write a tell all expose. that would be a good read!

Yes. But they'd never get out of the dugout because they would be using their baseball bats in ways God never intended. Plus the shower would happen before the game, not after.

Tempting--but studies show that having people work together on the same goal helps to reduce prejudice against different groups, so I think we need to learn to all work together before we can be OK working separately.
