When I try to install the coupon printer off of coolsavings.com, a bar is supposed to pop up at the top of the screen that says something like "this site requires you to install active-x control. Click here to install" I had it happen on my other computer when it was supposed to happen, but since we got this one (from a pawn shop) it does't do it. What do I need to do in order to make this happen?

Check to see if your computer is running SP2...IE won't do this with the SP1 additions...
Click Start, Right click "My Computer" then properties, then General....this will show what OS and service packs are installed.

i think a pop up blocker is installed in ur computer which prevents the active x control from being displayed in ur browser. if there is any popup blocker, disable it.

If you have Windows XP then you have to have SP2. Download form microsoft.com and install it. If you have it, then turn on pop-up blocker. Tools ---->Pop-up Blocker ----> Turn on Pop-up blocker.
