At some point in his career? Or this year?

He's got 28 right now. I doubt he's going to hit 20+ after the all star break...

I figure this year he'll finish around 40-44 homers, which is still a great year.

At some point in his career I'm sure he'll break 50 though.

In Philly's ballpark, its very easy to hit homeruns
plus Howard's power is to all fields, 15/16 of his current homers are to the opposite field, thats some pop.

Ryan will hit 52.14HR this season, or there abouts.28/87 * 162=52.14

Actuall I would say that this year he has a 50-50 shot, If, he doesn't get hurt.

That was a pretty impressive show last night, must be fun to watch this guy take BP...

Yes he will definitely break the record, if not this year, then it will be sometime in the near future. He has a ton of power, and he is very patient at the plate, and waits for the pitch he wants, then crushes it.

I think that he breaks the record. He will hit 54 homeruns. He is a true rising star.
