It's expose to sunlight and no protection to keep the moist in. First exfoliate with either sea salt or those scrubbing gadget(the one that feels like sand paper.) and than apply generous amount of lotion after taking a shower and at night ... apply extra moisturizer and wear either a socks or cover with plastic wrap. I use the cream only made for heels from Bath and Body works and I also bought the socks that has moisturizer. Good luck.

She has to keep those feet moisturized and scraped. A good & frequent pedicure will fix that problem or if she wants to do it herself or you do it, make sure the feet are scraped so that all the dry skin is removed and add lotion. Baby oil works good also but make sure the flip-flops go on immediately as not to slip and fall. The lotion needs to be applied a few times a day and the scraping off of the dry skin has to happen like once a week. Drink alot of water helps for the dry skin.

Try the Heavenly Hemp Foot Protector for dry to extremely dry skin from The Body Shop they also have moisturising socks to wear of a bed time after putting on the foot protector cream, this causes intense foot moisturing and leaves feet so soft and kissable

That happens when the heel is exposed for too long to the elements. It might be best to limit flip wear to the daylight hours, then vaseline Intensive care onto the heels and elbows. wear short socks and scuffs in the evening and give it a few days to heal over.

I use shea butter on my heels at night and really slather it on once a week after exfoliating with a pumice stone. On those nights I sleep in cotton socks.

You need to hire someone to follow her around all day with a spray bottle and spray her heels with water. With the unemployment rate being what it is, I'm sure you can find someone qualified and available to do that.

try taking her to get a pedicure, also if you soak your feet in white vinegar and water, that will help. It will eat the dead folicles away. If you go to like walmart they also have special creams. Try shea butter from bath and body works. I hope this helps!
