I SUPPOSE THEY DID WIN THE WORLD CUP FINAL MATCH FAIRLY.
ALTHOUGH I CAN NOT HONESTLY SAY THAT THEY DESERVED TO BE IN THE FINAL. MAYBE THERE SHOULD BE AN INVESTIGATION OF THIS WORLD CUP BY SOMEONE.
FOR ME ITS BEEN THE STRANGEST ONE THAT I HAVE WATCHED. BAD PLAYERS. BAD REFEREE'S. BAD GAMES.
SERIA A THE ITALIAN FOOTBALL PREMIER LEAGUE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION ABOUT CORRUPTION AND ILLEGAL GAME FIXING. YET THEY END UP WINNING THE WORLD CUP. STRANGE INDEED. I MEAN COME ON THAT DODGY PENALTY DECISION AGAINST AUSTRALIA IN THE LAST MINUTE OF THEIR GAME. FIX OR NOT. WOULD LIKE TO CHECK THAT REFEREE'S BANK BALANCE.

I don’t really think that Italy’s title was fair… I mean we all remember how they won against Australia(penalty in 92’), and how much defensively they played versus Germany and France(even Del Piero and Totti were standing next to Buffon on the goal line), and of course here is the tied result to USA(1-1) … This all goes to show how Italy won the world cup! Now you be the judge to the question: if they deserve the world cup…

If the defender talk bad talk about
ZAIN ELDIN ZEDAN AND his believes as an Arabic Muslim origin it was a set up by high Italian rank Gang if Yes so Italian must regret and be shame.
And if not BIG BIG CONGRATULATIONS....
For all the Arabic people we still proud of ITALY 1982 when
Italy send the World football cup to the Palestinians in Bayreuth under the Israeli siege during Israel invasion to Lebanon

No it was not and I agree with FUBAR64.
Besides winning on PK is not my idea of fair. I would have preferred another 2X15mn
Also considering that Italy should never have been a finalist after that shameful episode against Australia.
Basically the Italian teams have always been known to be big cheaters and divers. And this year they seem to have been exceptional divers ;-)))

Of course, it was fair. Zidane getting sent off had no part to play in the Italian victory. France is not a one man team!

Why shouldn't it be fair? I'm sick and tired of people talking like this, really. The guys worked hard for this victory, and they deserved it maybe as anyone else but they won, so shut it. Let us enjoy this moment and be happy for us instead of spitting hate from everywhere.

Very fair to Italy but very unfair to France because of the way its Captain had to go.

I'm with sylvia, I'm so sick of it
They made it to the end, they won over every team there, they brought the cup home...
very much fair.
Everyone keeps talking about the Italians diving..OH COME ON..it's common practice throughout the whole game..it's not just the Italians that dive, they all did.
as for the Australian game, they played a good game, but give me a break, they had a one man advantage throughout most of the game and they couldn't put a goal in. (my apologies to my Australian bf, but he's wrong, I'm right and that's the way it will always be lol)
The American game, The Italians GAVE THEM their only goal
as for the penalty shots..uh..hello..it's the same rule for everyone! we would have won that one anyhow!
FORZA ITALIA!!
I can feel for the people who's teams didn't win, but hey..maybe in 4 years? :)
