Well they are suppose to be given to children to enjoy, and supervised. No parent wants their kids to think its alright to play with fire, just fireworks once a year, oh that explained a lot, heck i dont know why did you ask me this!

So dumb!
Our neighbors did the same thing - and sent some of their fire crackers to our roof. The smell of smouldering tar is enough to make anyone go crazy. Which, of course, I did. lol
Maybe it's population control? You know mother nature's way of getting rid of the dumb a$$e$. You gotta figure evolution is still in progress its just adapting to the modern world.

Trying to figure out why i saw a small toddler on a little bike..driving round our apartment complex and nearly being hit..wiithout a parent in sight...
Some parents just deserve to be shot.
