I had a friend who was gay commit sucide. It bugs me when people hate something cause it is "different" from them.People believe stereotypes about gay guys. T(hey all act and dress like girls etc.) But my friend was a masculine and handsome guy. The girls would drool over him. I would always joke with him and say "Can you send the girls my way?". I have many gay friends. Yes, some of them do fit stereotypes but they are also very cool to hang out with. I have lady friends that call themselves "homo hunnies".But why do people even involved themselves in something that has nothing to do with themselves what so ever?(Like protesting gay marriage). I agree with any type of marriage as long as it is about love and not a "Britney Spears 2004 Marriage"(Publicity and shock stunt).I am not gay, But if I fell in love with a guy and cared for him deeply, I would be in a relationship. Nobody is 100% straight anyway. We all felt atrraction to our own gender but not too many will admit.

as you said "nobody is 100%straight" and i think that it is more a fear of themselves and what other people my think of them if they were to acknowledge those hidden feelings that maybe lying dorment within us all . and why is it that the vast majority of people male and female dont mind and would like to see two woman together and do everything that could be done to each other , and yet can not handle seeing men together , i am not gay but i have been driving taxis for six years and i have heard a lot that people have said on this matter

I'm really sorry for your loss,,,and i think that what isn't normal for some people is same sex relationships they don't understand them so its easier to be mean about it because there insecure about it ,,,the saying that comes to mind is I like what i know and i know what i like ...and most people are to narrow minded to change there attitudes ...again I'm sorry you lost a Friend ...but i don't hate gay men or women ...

Religious people are the cruelest. They do not accept. It is a shame.
