No he doesn't, at Wimbledon this year commentator Andrew Castle and John McEnroe were discusing Rafeal Nadal's personal life and and said he did not have a girlfriend but said he would like to find a girl from his hometown and have a normal relationship and was not interested in a higly publicised relationship ruling out the possibility of a high profile girl!
