I read you have to do something for 21 days in a row for it to stick. Maybe once a day for 21 days.

Write the word out 3 or 4 times by itself, then use it in a sentence 5 times (verbally), look over the definition, then write it in a sentence. That should do it. If not, keep saying over and over to yourself.

well, i learned in a course that after you were given wrong info, you had to write down the correct info 16 times before you unlearned the wrong info, so i'd do it another 16 times with the right info, just to be on the safe side. that's just me
