her friend in real life got preganant on her wedding night!
what should i tell her?

I couldn't get pregnant either with 1 year of trying. I went to my GYN. and went thru a fertility regiment. For six month I took ovulation pills kept track of my menstrual cycle and when I had sex. I ended up having my tubes tested to see if they were blocked. That, was the worst test ever invented. it hurt really bad. My tubes were blocked do I have an operation to have them unblocked. ! year to the day of the operation I got pregnant. I now have 3 beautiful children. Austin is 10, Brianna is 7 and Brenna is 4.

No, don't tell her about her friend and steal that friends "thunder", so to speak.
Remind her that all things come in due course and it is God's plan, she will conceive, but at the appropriate time. I was married over 6 years before I conceived and at that point I had given up trying.
Check out the stat on couples that even with hormone therapy, gave up and adopted, THEN became pregnant with their own child? When she relaxes, the better chance she has of becoming pregnant.

Tell her to go to TCOYF.com she'll see hundreds of women in the same situation as her. Most women actually only have a 35% chance of getting pregnant every month since you can actually get pregnant one day out of the month. If her freind got pregnant she will feel sad but tell her to wish her the best and her time will come. Tell her to get informed and see her Doctor and specialist. There are so many new methods out now that we didn't have before and we'll keep improving in the future. There is hope.

Well don't that is up to her friend to tell her. You would be spreading gossip. and you might hurt her feelings by accident.
