As a professional singer and performer, I must tell you, don't get your hopes up. You might be able to get a 'fan' based email address for him, but nothing personal. Just think about it - what if 100,000 'fans' like you wanted to reach Mr. Pacino. He would have no peace or life. You have to keep these things in perspective. The closest you will probably get to him is through his publicity team - who, if they are on top of their jobs, will send the perfunctionary autographed photos and well wishes.
