I think you guys have a good chance. Like someone mentioned a month is not a very long time. Is there anyway you can get in touch with her while she is at camp. If you have her address send her a little letter or card saying "hope your having a blast at camp! can't wait to see you when you come home!" If you do this this way she knows your thinking about her, and maybe she'll send you a letter back =)

A month is not a long time. Give her the time and have fun. Don't dwell and give it a chance when she gets back. Call her occasionally (not too much) and let her know you look forward to seeing her. That way, she knows you're interested. When she gets back, take her out.
