Each Doctor Who season of thirteen episodes is filmed in a block from July to February. This means that you have just finished watching the block that was filmed in February 2006. The next block of filming will therefore start sometime in July 2006 and will be completed by February 2007.

I'm in Canada. I haven't seen a new episode since December! I have to wait until October to see the second series. Good things come to those who wait, and they come in small packages.

Harry^^^ is partly correct... the other thing is.... Doctor Who is an UK show.... and just like shows here, they wait till it fully airs in their home country before handing out rights to other tv stations to air it.... so the season we just watched actually came out early last year in the UK.... and season 2 is airing right now.... so we'll get it later this year....

I am already having withdrawal symptoms but for anyone in England we have another chance to see The Christmas Invasion this Saturday on BBC3 at 8.50pm.
I am really going to miss it but we only have 167 days til the next christmas special!!

me and my boys really miss it too, but we did record te last two series on dvd. so we watch them againg and again. know this doesn't really help you now, but you could try recording them in future, OR you could go to your library and see if you can rent them out.
