It depends on how you define "fold": if the folds don't overlap you can do a good many: for instance you can fold over a little bit at each corner, and then if you allow a few cuts you can find otehr places where you can make tiny folds without folds overlapping.
Of course the usual way you might define folding is by folding the page in half, then folding those halves to make a packet one quarter the size, etc. If you mean this, then you should find it relatively easy to fold seven times. EIght is quite difficult, and nine is just about possible if you exercise care, patience and strength.

I would guess that you wouldn't be able to fold it in half more than 7 times... This seems to be an upper limit for most sizes and materials of things that can be folded. However, it is not true that nothing can be folded in half more than seven times. Go to this site http://pomonahistorical.org/12times.htm to read about a woman who folded a (large) piece of paper in half 12 times. She did it for extra credit in math class.

Any piece of paper, no matter how big or how thick, can only be folded in half, seven times. It's physics, your trying to tear the atoms apart, you just can't do It. The best I've ever managed was six, the world record I think.

As many times as you want.
It can only be folded in half 8 times, but as you only ask how many times can it be folded, the answer is as many as you want.
