Put a picture of either yourself in good shape, or someone whose body you admire on your refrigerator. Every time you look at it it will remind you of what you could be if you go to the gym. It will also help you not grab a candy bar instead of a healthy snack. Also, if you stay in good shape you will have a better life when you're older as far as your health. Think of going to the gym as an investment in future health and romantic encounters!!

when you want to say you'll go tomorrow go in front of the mirror and look at yourself and look at everything that needs to be toned and then you'll want to go or instead of that, that nite go w/ friends to a club and dance it off (you have a great time and when you wiegh yourself in the morning you lose5-10 in one night as long as you dont go over board on drinks)

It is easier to go workout if you have a gym buddy (a friend) to help motivate you. That helped me anyway

Instead, go for a walk swim, work around house, yard. Do meaningful stuff. Than maybe not such a chore. Don't defeat your purpose.

I workout with a personal trainer. I have to schedule times, so when the time comes, I HAVE to go.

Eat lots and lots of choclate cake until you feel very fat then you will have a reason to go twize a day this is good advice !!!!!!!!!
