Home Depot, Lowes, or any plumbing supply store sell what are called "Chair Height" toilets. You can also install a raised toilet seat to make it even higher.

Sometimes in handicapped bathrooms you will see a normal height toilet but the seat is similar to a booster seat, rising 6-8" from the cermanic portion. It would probably be easier to find a raised seat instead of a high toliet. If I were you I'd start checking medical supply stores that carry items like extra shower railings, walkers, etc...

Home Depot and Lowes both sell handicap toilets that have a taller floor profile. You can also get a seat extension section that can be placed over your toilet (with existing seat and lid up). This is a good option for people with handicap & non handicap people sharing a toilet.

if you can't find a toilet that size, just go to a health supply store and buy a toilet seat extender...they add height to a regular toilet and they don't cost very much at all

You can build a step the size of the footprint of the toilet and just extend your wastepipe and put a new flange on. You can make it any heighth you desire.
