Wait, and make sure he shows interest in you. There are many ways to propose, pick the indirect method. Do this... Create a funny scene and in the cause of the fun tell him "I really appreciate your smile... Such are the guys I love to be with." Bingo!!!! Best of luck!

Souonds like this guy needs to have his cake and devour it too. Your engaged yet he is going to be sure human beings untill he's efficient that he should be engaged. That has to sound slightly insane to you. he's employing the love you've for him to escape with something it extremely is unacceptable. RUN even as you could. do not waste an afternoon of your existence waiting for this fool. Cry, moarn, get oevr it and bypass on.

No.
Firstly, you are a girl and in our societies girls who propose are termed 'FAST' - sort of derogatory.
Secondly, you are presumably too young to be anxious about marriage.
Thirdly, because you are so young, you could send subtle signals to him and lead him to propose to you.

Believe me, if you go the right good-girl way, he is bound to notice you and you will have won.

I am sure that with exams looming ahead, he will give up his studies to marry you.

Wait till after the exams are over when you both have time to relax, and then present him with a solid gold ring and make your marriage proposal.
It sounds a wonderful idea...

Please have someone introduce you first, so you won't scare him off...

Good grief, no! Does he like you back? If you make any moves, it's going to chase him away. Make only small moves to get to know him first. Maybe he will sit with you during lunch break, library study. For instance, If he's good in math and you are struggling, ask him for his help. If he is good in fixing things, ask for his help. Guys like to help.
Remember, only small moves. If a guy likes you, HE will make the first move to ask you out.
