What's lucky?Lucky is when you and all your family and loved ones have their health,you have a roof over your head,food everyday on the table and clothes on your back.

Feeling lucky is a sentiment, a mood. One feels lucky when a number of factors come together at the right time. But it's limited, it doesn't last long.
That's why imho it is more important to search for contentedness instead of luck.

Good question. A good example of lucky is the case of the chicken who, while in the mouth of a big dog, ended up in my backyard. I took the chicken out of his mouth and returned him to his rightful owner.
Another could be called serendipity. While on my way to work, with my window rolled down, someone runs by and drops $50,000 in 100 dollar bills into my car.
