The cherry juice could work but try tart cherry juice if that doesn't do the trick.

Gout comes from excessive uric acid in the body. Drinking 6-8 glasses of distilled water will help eliminate uric acid more efficient.

Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar removes uric acid. Drink 3 glasses of apple juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a dash of cinnamon three times a day.

Throw out your table salt and switch to unrefined sea salt. This could fix you up fast.

I would take soak my foot in warm water with 2 cups of regular store bought apple cider vinegar and add cayenne and or rose hip oil.

Unrefined sea salt an excellent way to help with gout.

Tart Cherry juice will help with pain if you can get some from a health food store.

MSM and glucosamine are good anti-inflammatory supplements.

Fast from red meat and dairy until the gout clears.

I know it sounds weird but run, I think it loosening's up the crystals. Not far maybe a hundred feet. I have had gout twenty times. Mostly the left foot. Second to last time I was in Las Vegas. I did not want to disappoint her, so we walked a around a lot. Was in pain. Then all of a sudden it was gone. And I was wearing dress shoes. The last time I had it was a trip in Yosemite. The gout seems to come on during road trips. Was in the valley floor at Yosemite walking to the bus stop. My foot was on fire. A bus pulled up my kids start run to the stop, I followed running, about a hundred feet. when I got on the bus my foot was fine. I remembered what happening in Vegas and thought that the foot movement might loosening up the crystals on the joint. Have not had another attack to try the running again.

Hi,

I used to suffer with occasional gout as well.

The main way to avoid recurrance is via controlling ones diet. Plenty of suggestions o the web. But the drug Allopurinol, taken daily stops it returning as well.
