A Weegie is a derogatory term for a citizen of the city of Glasgow in Scotland. So I suppose you might get one there - if you don't die in the attempt!

It's a OUIJA board (pronounced weejee). For a long time, most stores did not sell them because some people found them to be "evil". My guess would be on line toy stores or Ebay.
