The PLO is currently governed by Hammas, a known terrorist organization. They have avowed to destroy Israel, they cannot and will not recognize Israels right to exist. They target innocent civilians, woman, children, in their attempt to destroy Israel, and their way of life. When the Palestinians stop this kind of behavior, show the world they WANT peace, then the world will help them achieve it. Kuwait has oil, has supported the US in its aims in the Middle East, was invaded by another country, and is not led by a terrorist regime. See the difference?

Firstly: invasion of Kuwait. It was done by a coalition to save a sovereign nation.
Compare to 'Palestine'. The West Bank and Gaza were occupied by Jordan and Egypt respectively from 1948. No-one told Jordan or Egypt to make that land into a Palestinian state between 1948 and 1967 because no-one thought it was land for a Palestinian state.
The US have tried to help mediate. At the Camp David negotiations Arafat rejected the chance to have a state on 97% of the West Bank and Gaza land. The other 3% would have been corrected by way of land swap.
After that, the US gave up trying as he showed he wasn't serious about not destroying the whole of Israel. Arafat then started planning for the 2nd intifada which started 3 months later. Another 5,000 lives have been lost because of Arafat.
Conclusion, it's not the US not trying. It's the Palestinians not wanting to settle for peace.

FIRST and FOREMOST - Palestine does not have oil like Kuwait.
Second Israel is more aligned with the Christian belief system and the Jews have contacts with powerful Christians in the US.
Palestinians are regarded as heathens by the religious right in the US and are therefore regarded as disposable people.

Because of the Jews.
Uh, maybe if Tanks and Planes didn't kill Muslims everyday...they wouldn't strap bombs to themselves would they??
I mean c'mon look at this kidnapped soldier BS. The Jews are just using him as an excuse to commit genocide.
That is a FACT.
Peace will come to the Mid-East when Israel is destroyed and it's coming ALOT ******* faster then people think.
Spicoli has been watching to much Fox jews obviously.
sit down, shut up, and think for a second...TYPICAL American arrogance.
Half of America wouldn't even know where the middle-east was..and that just shows their ignorance...i mean come on most Americans think a "Muslim" is a "Terrorist"....how ******* pathetic...

I seen the same element, and are available to the same conclusions you've. That guy is delusional with grandeur. he's killing way extra Iraqis than Saddam ever did. How is that this making the international safer. Your struggling with violence with violence, then say we are doing to make the international extra perfect. it extremely is the worst **** i ever heard in my existence. the reality is your doing it, to make YOUR international extra perfect. fairly all of us see by potential of this. What about each and each and every of the section human beings that were killed contained in the early days. might want to a number of those human beings and households be held to blame. What about the slavery of blacks, might want to those human beings be hunted down and held to blame. might want to different international places bombed and invade the U. S., because they see the horrors that were committed antagonistic to those human beings. 2 wrongs will by no potential make it acceptable. the U. S. is purely as incorrect if no more suitable than Saddam became. there have been such multiple different procedures President Bush ought to have manage it. he's a warmonger.

If the Palestenians were willing to recognize Israel and it's right to exist, then they might have a little more assistance in their efforts. Absent the official recognition of the State of Israel, the Palestenian people will continue to struggle alone.

As if the U.S. were only interested in a humanitarian gesture! It was about control of the oil!
The Zionist lobby in Washington, D.C. is very powerful and will not allow justice, in Palestine. Just see if any of Congress speaks out against "Israel." They don't and won't--they don't want to lose their positions.

The Israel!s attack in UNIFORM With weapons for all to see, Who they are .
The Palastinians attack with weapons hid in houses,
Or from refugee camps, from schools,
Anywhere they can hide,
Churches nothing is sacred to them,
They do not wear UNIFORMS
They commit cowardly attacks,
Hiding behind women & children,
If they fire a Rocket/Missile
Then as sure as NIGHT follows DAY,
That firing position will be pinpointed,
Resulting in return fire,
WHICH is NATURAL.To destroy it.
9 out of a 10 Fired from where civilians are,
Resulting in them being part of the target,
If they stopped this firing and fought out in the open as Armies
Then I would have sympathy for them,As they would be the underdogs
But no they fight as the cowards they are,
Involving the innocent civilian population.
This then causes the innocent civilian population
To want revenge.
STIRRING UP MORE HATRED,
WHICH IS WHAT THEY WANT.
It is the
FANATICAL ZEALOTS THAT NEED TO BE STOPPED

palestinians methods are inhumane and unsound. they have been offered peace and compromise many times and walked away.
the world has rightfully turned their back on them. sit down, shut up, and think for a second. if you were born an israeli, what would you do? they should've just bulldozed those manics into the ocean after the third rejected peace treaty. you are lucky they are as kind as they are.
