I couldn't find the averages but the ten-day forecast shows highs in the upper 80s lows around 80.
I couldn't find current conditions such as relative humidity.
My guess would be that the humidity is high in the summer because it rains a lot but the humidity is low in the winter because it doesn't rain a lot.

The average temperature ranges from 79 in December to 86 in April and May. Precipitation seems to really pick up in early autumn, peaking out at close to 10 inches for October alone.

I was unable to find any data on humidity.
