I was doing something for him and when I had almost finished did all that stuff for that he just walked out i lost my temper and swore at him and even though i apologized we both did he forgave me and crap... I still feel bad because I remember his face... I would rather die than hurt him. I am serious. I do really love him. I just lost my temper we've been going through a lot together lately. can someone tell me how they control their temper or something or what they do?

no for god's sake don't be silly.. that's not a reason to break up with someone you love.. he loves you and that's why he forgave you.. make it up to him by sending him some flowers with a card saying you are really sorry and you didnt mean to hurt him..or take him out for dinner and apologise to him again if you feel like that.. I'm sure he loves you and he knows you didn't mean what you said.. tell him next time he sees you angry like that to grab you and kiss you as soon as he can =P

Temper is a big problem that if not controlled can lead to disrespect and broken sincere relationship. They say respect comes before love in a loving relationship.
I am known to be a very calm person and I was exposed to bad tempers by some close people to me. My reaction was always to be quite and leave the scene. This is the solutions that works very well for me. After some time, could be hours or days depending on the intensity of the situation that caused or may have caused the temper, try to speak with logic again with the other person.
Try it

We say things, we don't mean when we get mad. Then later on we regret it. the hardest part, is to make it up to her/him. Tell him/her that you are sorry for what you said. Tell him/her, that you don't think of him/her like . That you love him/her very much, and would do anything for him/her.
If you get mad about something, try to think before you act. Words are harsh to a person, even when they are foul ones. Before you blured it out, stop and bite your tongue. Don't yell or scream. Just try to talk calm and cool about it.
Don't scare them and raise your hand at them either.

Gee, i do no longer comprehend. could you wreck up with somebody in the event that they referred to as you a f*cking b*tch over some thing as insignificant as a textual content cloth message? How approximately in the event that they did it on an extremely often happening foundation? cope with human beings the type you go with to be dealt with. in case you are able to no longer cope with that, you mustn't be in a relationship; you should be in kindergarten.
