You would notice a difference in 2 weeks, enough to drive you to strive further. Don't for get to balance w/ tricep work.

I think you need to reconsider. Working out and exercising is great, but the way that you have asked your question leads me to believe that you want to have nice biceps to impress people. Far too many people who work out and focus on only a small portion of the muscles (IE biceps, chest and abs) that should be worked. I suggest you talk to a personal trainer about an appropriate fitness program. If your under 18 I wouldn't recommend lifting at all as your body has not finished growing. Hope that helps!

You'll have to work out for about 8 weeks for really hot biceps. Like huge.

That depends on what sort of shape you in right at this moment.. If your in your late 50's never lifted more then a bag of flour in your adult life, it may take some time in the gym to see results. On the other hand if you reasonably fit to start with you should see results in a couple weeks but try to work on the whole body, not simply one part. Keeps it interesting and you'll probably like the results
