PMS is an abbreviation of Premenstrual Syndrome. PMS is caused by fluctuating hormones as your body prepares to shed it's uterine lining. Symptoms of PMS include:
Mood swings
Bloating
Cravings (especially for salty, sweet and fatty foods)
Fatigue
Cramps
Headaches
Backache

To relieve symptoms of PMS you can do any or all of the following:
Increase your intake of B6 and vitamin C
Drink plenty of water
Exercise
Use a heated pad across your abdomen or back
Cool compress on the back of the neck or the forehead for headaches
Limit your intake of salt (bloating) as well as caffeine (headache), alcohol (headache) and refined sugars (dehydration).

If you get migraines, severe cramps or severe depression during or before your period please seek advice from your physician. Good luck and blessings, Prana

Post Menstrual Syndrome,

and for all that dont know this it is a dysfunction of the body
it is an unnatural physiological syndrome/illness you could say

and it is mostly caused by hormone insufficiency and
lack of a nourishing diet ( ei vitamins, minerals, fats, fatty acids etc)
