If you have hop that India's population will not increase than i have hope that some day India too will play the world cup soccer.

I Angola can put together a team after decades of civil war then I am sure India will be able to muster a team. Problem is India is OBSESSED with cricket. Would football ( I hate that 'soccer' word ) get the support?
