do paint by numbers
make fleece tag blankets for the baby (email me if you wanna know how. if you can cut you can do it)
if you like to read get a long series. Like the left behind books (i think there's 9) or Steven Kings "Dark Tower" (there are 7 in the series). There are even some romance books that have multiple books of the same characters... Nora Roberts has alot of them.
have your hubby pick up some wood letters or something for the baby's room that you can paint and embelish (babys name would be great)
Do some 3d puzzles
Make a scrap book of you and your family for the baby. I'm doing one for my daughter of all the women in her family.
learn origami
learn a forign language
i could go on and on.

I am sure it is difficult to be in your situation. It will all be worth it when you see your beautiful baby, though. Why don't you try writing. Keep a journal that you can someday read to your child. List all the things that are important to you, what you want to do with your child, what kind of values you would like to instill, write a poem. Don't worry if you think you aren't talented; you are! Someday your child will cherish your words. Some other suggestions: learn a new language, take an on-line class, make a collage of pictures, paint by number or just paint, draw (get a book on how to begin). Good luck to you and your baby who will be here sooner than you think; then you'll look back on these days and wish you could have just an hour of "bedrest"!!

this might be a good time to catch up on some reading or get a friend to sign some books out of the library for you so you can read - also, if you are like me, I have years of scrapbooking waiting for me - you could work on that while you are in bed. Call or write a letter to an old friend or if you have a laptop - find some fun sites to play games or do research, etc. on the internet. Good luck with your pregnancy and congrats on staying in bed and doing what is best for your baby even though you are getting bored.

Find some good books to read. I read a lot. Yeah, it can get boring sometimes, but just take a break. Most of the time if you find a good enough book you can't put it down because you want to finish it so bad. Or you could just keep answering these questions on Yahoo! Just kidding. I don't know what I would do. I'd probably be going crazy, too. I hope everything goes alright. Good luck!

Read, crossword, word searches (big time!), try painting even if it's paint by number stuff. Or you can get those little figurines in the craft/hobby store and paint a few for the baby's room. Make some decor, like arts/crafts stuff, why don't you try plastic canvas? That's SOO easy and extremely fun to do! You can get patterns free online, just type in free plastic canvas pattern, or get stuff off of ebay dirt cheap. I've got 2 3-ring binders chock full of patterns and booklets. And one of the things I'm working on is an alphabet magnet set for the baby!

How about...
1. Catch up on your reading
2. Learn to knit - it's really different from crochet
3. Learn to sew - or embroider - embroidery is really, really simple
4. Write a book on your experience for other mother's like you - make it like a daily diary or something
5. Write a script for a Hollywood movie - I'm just thinking out of the box here... ha ha
Dunno what else.. but try these and good luck!

Rent a wheel chair some of them will recline somewhat if needed and go to the park, get outside in the sunshine more. Paint your first original painting and frame it for the baby's room.

I became really good at video games during my five months of bed rest. I also learned how to tie bracelets, make dream catchers, and latch hooked a couple of rugs.
