Here at work, it is a T3 (45 MB/s), at home it is only 512 kb/s.

At home 3Mbps because I changed from bellsouth DSL to Charter Cable so that I can get rid of my landline and get VOIP instead.

I would like to get comcast because their service is more stable and I think they have better connection speed, but they do not service my area.

At work, I'm on a T2 (1.0 Gbps) connection through the company's network so it's pretty fast compared to cable or DSL. But I can't really take advantage of the speed since our firewall does not allow us to download and install anything or even enter certain sites. We basically use our network to do our programming and we use the internet to do changes to our company's intranet website.

Oh man, a few days ago, I upgraded to FIOS (fiber optic), and it's smokin' fast. Here's a screenshot of the speed I get: http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/6258/mynonwirelessfiosspeed013uh.jpg and here's another, from a different speed-checking site: http://img139.imageshack.us/img139/922/mynonwirelessfiosspeed022ze.jpg

Though I have cable (I think they are lying) it feels like a dial-up modem. Or maybe it is Yahoo. I shave, come back and by the time it loads it is time for another shave. LOL!!!

At home, 6Mbps (comcast)

My grandparents have 768k DSL (which is far better than the dial-up they were using), I had to get DSL because when I am there, I need something faster than dial-up.
