The English would be far more arrogant
Peniciline, trains and bagpipes would be rare
and I'd be stuck in the Netherlands with no cool place to go for the summer.

My two kids is the obvious answer but aside from them I could not live without books to read. I love getting lost in a story. It's like taking a holiday....sometimes funny..or scary ..or interesting...or sad...but never boring!

my mates.. coz then i would end up alone with nobody to talk to, laff with or just be with.. also quite possibly my mobile OR iPod because they keep me in toch with technology...
oh, and of course a toilet, food, water and a bed.. doh life basics..
