You had SPYWARE (NEWDOTNET) on your system and it was only PARTIALLY removed...

The good news: The program was removed so it is not impacting your system.

The bad: The part that loads the spyware still exists, and must be cleaned up.

A good spyware removal tool (like SPYBOT, WINDOWS DEFENDER, or HIJACKTHIS) can clear this up for you...
HIJACKTHIS is a bit advanced, and not for the casual user... The other 2 should work fine for you to clean up your system...

See the source below for tool download info and tips on keeping your system clean with "safe computing"!

PS: DO NOT FIND AND REINSTALL THIS PROGRAM! IT IS SPYWARE!

A DLL located in c:\progra~1\newdotn1\newdot~2\ is not functioning correctly. You'll need to find a working copy of it and replace it, or reinstall whatever software resides in that location. It would've been helpful if you'd mentioned WHEN the problem occurs, but with the information supplied this is the best answer that can be given :)

it must be an program which u have installed in windows start up service & it has been uninstalled improperly or the program folder has been deleted. so it is giving error in loading the program.
for thei you can go the registry editor and delelte the entry of this program in run service.
steps are: go to start - - Run-- type regedit and press enter

select HKEY LOCAL MACHINE - -- software-microsoft-windows---current version--run
select run and on the right panel, all the startup services enteries will be there. delete the entry which you are getting in error.

hope it will sort out your problem
