I personally prefer cloves flavor wise, and they last a lot longer than normal cigs. I usually smoke Camel Red Lights, though, if I want a cig and there are no cloves around.

All cigarettes are harmful. There may be less tar in "light" cigarettes but you may be actually inhaling more deeply than with regular cigarettes so there is no benefit. All cigarettes sold in Australia now carry health warnings and graphic photos of lung cancer, heart disease and other associated health risks.
No cigarette or cigar is better for you than any other.
