Impossibile, it's a 'political' decision by FIFA and Blatter. In this way they are trying to cancel the 'final act' of Zidane from his career.
Well sad to say but there is no democracy in this decision.
IMHO I considered Zidane a great champion, and he is best player of the league but as a champion and as a professional player he should deserve what he achieved after 'the fact' or at least he should talks to the media to take his own responsabilities... what he din't do till now. Neither FIFA who is trying to hide everything...theyr 'motto' is FAIR PLAY...think about it.

YES...ZIZOU HAD 3 YELLOW CARDS AND A VICIOUS RED CARD..HE WAS TOO CHILDISH TO GET HIS 2ND PLACE RIBBON AND SHOWED FIFA AND THE WORLD HIS TRUE CHARACTER..EXACTLY HOW HE GOT 14 RED CARDS IN HIS CAREER...AND 3 OF THOSE WITHIN THE LAST 8 YEARS...
ZIZOU IS A DISGRACE TO THE GAME AND SHOULD BE REMEMBERED AS SUCH...
AN OVERRATED PLAYER WHO SCORES PKs ON DIVES FROM HIS PLAYERS...
BUFFON DESERVES IT FOR ALL OF THE AMAZING WORK HE DID IN GOAL..INCLUDING BLOCKING ZIZOUS HEADER...NO OTHER GOAL COULD HAVE BLOCKED THAT...
NO PLAYER SHOULD BE AWARDED FOR MEDIOCRITY...

i don't think that any one voted for zidane will change his vote even if there was time because he was the best and the headbutt happened for a reason.
