Because for a lot of people it takes a long time to fall in love with a person. But when you have sex it is a QUICK good feeling. Just like a drug addictive who cannot get naturally high but would go for drugs that will get him a quick good feeling. That is does not mean that sex is more important. It only means it is a quick high for people who wishes it. It only means some people just want to feel good at others expense and don't care about those that get hurt in the process. In fact this people start caring less and less about anything but themselves. Just like drug addicts. You can easily tell by how cruel they talk. There are the ones that say horrible things to others( mainly because they feel miserable themselves) They say things totally out of character to make other hate them.( This is only pertaining to people who goes around only looking for sex.)Not those who are in love or attracted to another.

I don't think it's as "important" as you might believe. Today's media hypes sex like it's something NEW! Come on...think about it...it's just more open than it was say 30 years ago. AND..for younger people, it seems to be a priority. After a few years your priorities change and so does the way you look at sex and intimacy. I'm not saying it's not a top "matter" in humans, because it is, next to money, survival and power. It's just that EVERYTHING is geared that way so people will think something like a cell phone is sexy and will be coveted by others. Anything to make a buck and sex sells. Just look the other way.

It's just on peoples minds a lot it is not more important. Sex is fun to talk about and to do, but not matter how much you are enjoying the activity it will always be a small part of your day. I think people that don't get enough sex become obsessed with it, thinking that everyone is having sex constantly but them. The fact is it's not a very important part of life. It is essential to life though, without it no babies.

Women,thy name is God??? Just imagine a world without women and a men will land no where!! In the past, elders were used to tell that Roti kapada aur makan but now it is Sex after roti.
After food, the other thing that makes humanbeing happier is sex. Without sex ,very difficult to enjoy life and life would be charmless. Sex is not a crime, it is a necessity by which men after a hard working time can enjoy in bed with women and viceversa. Just imagine , roti without dal, pizza without sauce/cheese and life without sex. JUST IMAGINE....and GOD CREATED WOMEN???

Simple, the media promotes sex and it sells. It is a matter of economics. If we want to sell something else then we have to express that desire by telling the media what we want to hear or see more of... if we want to know more about how to invest our monies that may not appeal to the general public, but if we put it like how to have more "bling, bling" it might get some response :-)

sex is a beautiful feeling only.. but most of them didnt understand the full meaning of that.. Mainly some of them became animal in character coz fo that..
It should be realize by every person.. u and me by getting anger nothing will solved...
For that 5 minutes happiness human were became animal and forget that god give a sixth sense to us..
That's the major reason of those all pro's

Sex is everywhere. from TV ads, to magazine ads. to Billboards it's everywhere. It seems that anymore enphasis is placed on SEX more than anything out there. Don't get me wrong it is important but shouldn't be the most important thing in our lives.

sex is a few minuts deal where as companionship and compassion towards each other takes more time so i dont agree with you .
i bet even if you stay for a long time with a paid partner ...you gonna surly have some sense of belongingness not becoz you had sex with him or her but due to the exchange of words,emotion and so many other compassions inbetween both of them

That's a really good question you ask here. I don't know why more and more women want to have breast emplanted to have larger breast. Do they want to seduce guys, so they have sex with them? I guess humans have become so much more like animals.
