Try Open office instead. It's free, handles M$ formats. In some areas it is better than M$ office. If you use M$ office like that it is a lic violation. They probably won't bother you over two machines but you never know.

It is better to use open office, but i think u can install the common office on many systems and i think there will be no problem of licensing. Office on alll systems will be registered with the same keys.

Microsoft would consider it as pireted sotware

Install, but don't register it. They'll be liscensing issues.
