Its only called the front door if it IS at the front, otherwise it's be a side door or back door!

Because if it want at the front it wouldnt be a front door.
also there are plent of houses that only have one door and it can be at the side of the house or the back of the house.
depends on what you take to be the fron to fthe house but generally it is the side that faces the road.
