How can you put a password on your computer and no none else can use it without knowing the password?

I heard that it's a way that you can get a code or password, and when you aren't home, no one else can use the computer..This code or password will not allow anyone to use your computer

I am the administrator of this computer, don't want anyone on it when I'm not around to see what they are doing and downloading on it..

If you go in to Control Panel and then User Accounts you can create a account on the computer and put a password on it. This means people can not use the PC without the correct password. You must make sure to disable the guest account though, otherwise people can sign on using this without a password.

The best way to make your computer tottaly un accessibel is to set a BIOS password.

There are different ways to Activate the BIOS password on the computer so you will have to reffer the Motherboard Instruction manual for that.

Once you set the BIOS password the computer wont even reach to the Windows screen until it is provided the correct password so no one will be able to access the computer until you Authroize the user by providing the BIOS password.

CAUTION:
Here is apint of DANGER in this process if you yourself forget the password of BIOS then you will only have one option that is to get it resetted by Computer manufacturer, So use caution.

it is true, but the administrator is able to delete your account, change your password, etc. Basically, when you create a Users Account on LIMITED the administrator could edit it in his/her way.
