There are sevral thing were revealed these are:
The Paris-based anti-racism advocacy group SOS-Racism issued a statement Monday quoting "several very well informed sources from the world of football" as saying Materazzi called Zidane a "dirty terrorist." It demanded that FIFA, soccer's world governing body, investigate and take any appropriate action.
Zidane's agent, Alain Migliaccio, was quoted by the BBC as saying the France captain told him the Italian "said something very serious to him, but he wouldn't tell me what."
The Brazilian channel Globo showed it to some experties in reading lips and they said that Materazi called Zidane's sister "a whore" twice.
But the Britin fourth channel that Materazi called Zidane's mother by "a whore" and his mother went to hospital a day before the final because of a big health problems
But every thing is not true yet.
Zidane said that he will reveal every thing in the next few days

However, Materazzi isn't a poet or columnist, I can't guess he discovered some new words which Zidane never heard before in his football player career, on in his early days in Marseilles' streets...
You are in a wrong way. Hurting is slightly different than insulting. Please blame the hurting one first.
Assuming as correct to hurt an insulting one, what will deserve the hurting one? He should be killed?

Its funny like everyone is judging without knowing the facts, what happened was zidane said in the usual french pompous way, "if you really want my shirt ill give it to you after the game", and materazzi asnwered "ill rather take it off your wifes back now go **** yourself...ill say thats a great answer and zidane is an idiot. materazzi also would never say anything about anybodies mom since his own died many years ago and opposing fans in italy always scream insults about his dead mother in various stadiums around italy
so stop bullshitting about racist slurs and terrorist crap, we are the champions and thats all

Materrazi said that Zizou was a torrorist and his mum was a prostitute. It is also important to know that exactly on the day of the final Zidane's mum was in the hospital, being very ill.

A few things have been suggested. Various lip readers have made their own readings and not come up with the same conclusions.
A couple of these i heard were:

in the german newspaper it stated that he said something like: "Your mother is ugly"
A lot of people also believe that he said that Zidane was gay.
Regardless what it was and how bad it was, Zidane lost control which he should have not lost. He knows better....no excuse, not even bec. of his temper. He is a grown man and gets payed to play and to stay calm in extreme situations like a worldcup final, right!?

materazzi didn't say anything about zidane's mother, materazzi lost his mother when he was 14 and he considers mothers to be sacred. he said something that's often been said on the players field between players themselves.
