No, it isn't necessary.

No... the bleeding is caused by rupture of the hymen... now, some females are born with little or no hymen, it is sometimes ruptured during their first or later menstruation by insertion of a tampon, it can be broken by youthful curiosity (masturbating, yes) and even by something as simple as stretching excercises in gym class, or sports or even just playing normally... so whether blood is present at first intercourse is not a sign of virginity except in the strictest sense (meaning the maidenhead - hymen - is intact). In certain countries it is/was customary to hang a bloody sheet from the honeymoon balcony to show the new bride's chastity before marriage and many is the new groom who out of love or embarrasment has cut himself to preserve her honor or hide his shame.... but needlessly, since lack of bleeding is not a true indicator or prior sexual activity. Hope I cleared it up for ya.

it usually happens, but if it doesn't that doesn't mean she's not a virgin. there are sports and activities, like horseback riding, that will stretch the hymen enough or break it altogether so that its not there to bleed during intercourse. also some women have more than others do. some people may be nearly blocked off, while other have hardly any at all.

i didn't bleed, but i've ridden horses for my entire life, plus my bf and i had fooled around quite a bit before that anyway, so if i still had one he probably tore it with his fingers long before we had intercourse.

No bleeding is not mandatory.. sometimes it happend sometimes it dosent. Many activities throughout life can cause the hymen break or stretch so the "trauma" of sex is not so "tramatic" to some. Gymnastics, horseback riding, biking are just a few of these activities. Plus.. not all girls are the same... some bleed some don't... thats life.

Yes, they will bleed the first time they have intercourse. I can't remember what the thing is that gets broke. Too early in the morning. Maybe I'll remember later and update my answer. But when it breaks, they bleed.

THAT'S it! Hymen, Thanks, bentfortoday!

i dont think so. i have never bled, before, during or after sex. i think it just depends on the ladies body. oh and maybe the size of the penis and how rough it is...
