I want to know what love is....Is that not the best ballad ever from one outstandning band. Nothing compares, does it?

Scorpions "Still Loving You" and Led Zep's "Thank You" are -in my humble opinion, the greatest ever ballads. (Unchained Melody is actually the best ever)

I agree with kelly24592. "Still loving you" by the Scorpions would top my list, too. I did like "I Want to Know What Love Is" the first thousand times I heard it. Now it's just annoying. Having survived the 80's, I'd like to add "Faithfully" by Journey, "To Be With You" by Mr. Big, "More than Words" by Extreme, "Amanda" by Boston, and "Alone Again" by Dokken to this list
