Dalek, No doubt, the cybermen are down straight away Alien, couldnt get past the force fields, and predators, would be the hard one, but still dalek would win.

Predator. They don't scare me half as much as those creepy cybermen. I'm old enough to have seen them first time round - used to hide behind the settee with a cushion. Now I have children, so nothing scares me now!!

i presumed the action picture replaced into ok. i think of the Predetor could win against a typical alien. yet needless to say the Queen Alien could kill the Preditor! besides the undeniable fact that i think of Darth Vader could own all of them :)
