Going to a backyard summer casual party.What do you think?

This is simple:
If you a are not confident and don't have enough self confidence then you should wear pants and sneakers... but if you are feminine and enough self confidence then you can wear the shorts with the heels and it will look great and sexy...
The comments above are from girls that probably are inhibited to look sexy... and also may not have a great body like yours...
go and wear that outfit you want...

if you are going to a backyard that is the first thing that tells you heels are a no no for this.... second you said casual party, so once again no heels. The only time heels and short short should be worn is if you were going to a club maybe but not someplace casual! And if you were to wear heels with short shorts you have to use your judgement so you dont look trashy. But for this backyard party, a pair of rhinestone flipflops or rhinestone anklewrap flats will do the trick better than heels....

High heeled slides look great - but instead of shorts, would look much better with a light fabric Capri and a nice tank top or a 'cool' tee shirt. Have fun- sounds like a great time!

Personally I would wo with the high heeled slides and capris or a little bit longer mid thigh skirt at least.

Depending on the statement u wish to make at the party. But I'II prefer high heels option.

if you are wearing short shorts you would want to go with something like a wedge heeled shoe if you want something high it looks more causal but still gives the height

a little on the bar sl*t side. Lower or flat shoes would look more appropriate and be more comfortable.

go with the short shorts but no with the HIGH HEELS........
so not a good combination.......... go 4 slippers
