The Main Server has to have the computer opened up to share the remote desktops between them. Each Desktop must also, then what level of sharing, this is an Administrator level decision at the Server and that is the only way permission is given. Once you have settled on who gets what rights, then sharing can be done which is what it seems you want to do. However I cannot get into specifics as you do not say what type of system you are using. Sorry

First you need to have Administrator rights on your PC and the other PC must have remote connection available and you must configure firewalls (windows firewall should open a port automatically) to allow connection. The go to Start/Programs/ Accessories/ Communications/ Remote Desktop Connection and you should know the name of the PC you are connecting to. A new desktop will open on your desktop and the PC you are connected to will log out of it's screen. you should be able then to do whatever you need on the other PC. If you log onto the other PC while you have remote desktop connected you will be disconnected. There are other remote desktop applications on the net if you don't like the windows interface. Good luck!
