I think they need to add a playoff tested pitcher to start a second or third game in the playoffs. Maybe Pelfrey will work out this second half, but he should not be expected to win a playoff game. If I had to count on Pedro, Glavine, and El Duque/Trachsel, I would look for an insurance policy. Maybe they would even look to bolster the back end of their bullpen with a closer-type (Tom Gordon?) in exchange for Heilman and some spare parts.

Not without some more pitching. And not without a healthy Pedro. But anything can happen in the playoffs.
