If you want an oil free foundation for an oily skin, I suggest Prescriptives Flawless foundation. It is great and stays on the whole day without irritating the skin.

The best option is an oil-free foundation made specifically for oily skin. There are some great options from Artistry cosmetics.

I have an oily skin and i tried Helena Rubinstein Spectacular Make-up which was very good. Also try to use powder on top of your foundation. It helps create a matt look.

No foundation!!!!!
Dot on MAC's Sheer Moisturecover (water-based concealer) just as needed.
Following by using a powder brush (not sponge) to dust on MAC's Studio Fix powder foundation.
These products are very good for oily and even sensitive skin, and they come in a WIDE range of shades.

Mary Kay's foundations are great! They have different formulas to suit your skin type: Medium-Coverage for combination/oily skin, Full-Coverage for normal/dry skin, and Dual-Coverage Powder Foundation which works well with all skin types.

If you get the bare minerals foundation, I can guaruntee it won't be oily. If you're worried that a powder won't give you enough coverage (though it is pretty good), you can always get a liquid concealer for underneath, just on the blemishes.

I recommend L'Oreal True Match. It is best used when blended with a damp sponge and although it has a matte finish I still set it with some loose powder. I have somewhat oily skin and this works very well.

If your skin is oily...look for a foundation that lists "water" (purified) as the FIRST ingredient...only. There are several out there....try CoverGirl...it is inexpensive and works well.

I used to sell Mary Kay, and their foundation is really nice. I still use it. It's sheer-medium coverage...but they also have heavier coverage foundation if you need it for your skin type. It's always worked better for me than any other brand - although I have also heard that Prescriptives brand is good I've never tried it.
